One more question.

When I bottled my brew I kept it in the primary for 2 weeks then carbed at room temp at let it age at 60F for a few weeks to let it age for most beers.

My understanding is that it takes time for the yeast to clean up the fermentation byproducts.

If I put it in a keg and chill it after 2 weeks in the primary will the beer age as
well as it did in the bottle?

You should either leave it in primary for a couple extra weeks or keg it and wait a couple weeks before chilling it. It will work out the same either way.

I use the kiss (keep it simple stupid) method. I use Iodophor to sanitize keg leave it in until keg is needed. dump it out in the deep sink, depress the out line pop it to allow any sanitizer in the dip tube to flow out (I also depress the dip tube pop it after I fill the keg with Iodophor to fill the tube with sanitizer) Fill the keg with beer hook up the gas line at 30 psi and purge the tank by pulling the relief valve on the lid 3 or 4 times depending on the level. When I first started I used the following for a thumb rule, For a style requiring a high carbonation level I leave the keg on 30 psi for 4 days. For a style requiring medium carbonation level I leave the keg on 30 psi for 3 days. For a style requiring low carbonation level I leave the keg on 30 psi for 2 days. I carbonate my kegs in the garage where the average temp is about 65F. Try using my thumb rule and after kegging a few batch's you will be able to fine tune it to fit your equipment and temps. The great thing about kegs is you can adjust your finished product need more hop flavor toss some in the keg, need more carbonation crank the gas up for a day.
