Well last night I pulled the post off, the o-ring looked fine, I re-applied Teflon tape and tightened the post as much as I could. Added some pressure, about 15psi (I will put in about 30 just to make sure), and no hissing like I was seeing over the weekend.
Sure am happy about that, now let's hope it will hold...
