I got this for $50 bucks the other day. The plate on it says it's a 40 gallon kettle. It also says the jacket can take 300deg at 30psi. It has one steam in and one steam out on the jacket. Also has a dump on the bottom. Any ideas for running the steam to it short of buying a commercial steam generator? They want at least 2k for those things.
This isn't the one I got, but just like it except for the table around mine.
