Hi , So I am trying something different I saw on you-tube , Inmate brew, jailhouse hooch. What it is starts out with is 3.76 liters of sterile Cranberry -grape juice , add some boiled , chopped dates and raisins , 2 cups cane sugar , yeast , and let it ferment using a bubbler for 3 weeks til done . I want to greatly improve the appearance by removing the cloudiness somehow . Its supposed to be 10%, actually taste and smell actually pretty good ,but that cloudiness has got to go . After its finished fermenting its supposed to be frozen for a bit to kill any more fermentation and to stabilize it , will keep in the fridge quite a while . How do I fix the cloudiness ??? Filter thrue a 1 micron filter??? Best place to buy ??.. over the net is fine , have checked with a local brew place and they say Irish moss and a 2nd distilation but that sounds like a pain , especially if I can get bulk activated charcoal and run it though a couple coffee filters . .....????When I made beer a bunch of times before I never used anything fancy for clarification . Its been a long time , but we just put something in it to make it settle out. I forget what it was .....Where can I buy bulk activated charcoal ...???

I'd chill it down and hit it with some gelatin just like I would a batch of beer.
