Is it okay to store StarSan in stainless? Aka a keg.

Yup. If you are storing long term, I would make it with RO or distilled water. It will keep forever! (or until you use it all)

+1. I always have a pressurized keg of StarSan around. I'll even hook it up to a tap if I've got a free one. Otherwise I just use a cobra tap on it. Works excellent for keeping a spray bottle full.

Damn, Oz!! I'm jealous! I never thought I was dirt poor, but it seems like everyone has lots more extra $$ for brewing equipment than I do!

Pretty much keep 16oz in every empty keg and have kept Starsan in a keg for pretty for cleaning a long time in a keg with no issues. Pretty safe stuff. I do mix it with RO water only so the PH is good.

I'm no thousandairre or anything  It builds up over time. You'll get there. A couple of my pieces were right place-right time deals. Just keep an eye out.

Same here...accumulated equipment over time and got into the habit of asking for cash or gift cards for birthdays, Christmas, etc.

It also helps that I pay all the bills and the wife never sees the statements
