Looks like I just blew a wad of cash on a Polarware... Although with those kettles It would be a little tough to do a full wort 90 minute boil for a ten gallon batch.. and the second kettle mentioned is only 11 gallons not 12. Wasn't really considering alluminum although thats a great point bub...and its way more affordable.
