floor drain, tiles at least 3ft up the walls, big a$$ stainless steel sink and maybe even natural gas powered that's what I'm thinking too.

And the good thing is you don't have to build it all at once. Even once you have the extra shed you could be brewing with a cooler mash-tun in there until you have time/money to build a nice SS (stainless steel that is) brewhouse.

My rig is a HERMS. I don't direct fire the wort, but use my HLT as a heat exchanger. And yes, my rig is quite permanent.
