Yeah, I know it's not gravity feed... and if the power goes out, what ever would I do!

Well if I was brewing and the power went out, I think I would have bigger things to think about at that point in time. Like if the 15Kw back-up generator was going to kick on or not. :wink:

I'm actually really interested in this topic because my wife just gave me the all-clear to get a 1550.

The 1550 seems like it has a few more bells and whistles compared to the sabco system. But other than the plumbing style, are there any advantages to either system?

ah chooch,

I just got the 2100 because I was worried about the height of the 2050 in my garage.....the framework for the garage door opener is up there, etc....having the tri tier system would limit where i could put the sculpture....
