I am building an All-Grain System using.

7.5 Gal Stainless Steel Kettle with Ball Valve.
10 Gal Round Gott Cooler with Phalse Bottom and Ball Valve. (MLTun)
12 Gal Igloo Ice Cube Cooler with Ball Valve. (HLT)
March 809 Pump.
Some free interlock shelving system stuff (The Stuff at Trader Joes)

So, I got the boil kettle on the burner stand.
I built a 2 tier stand that feeds to the kettle.
Figure I can heat my sparge water in the kettle while mashing and pump it the the HLT. Eventually going to add Jamil's Whirlpool Immersion Chiller to the system.

What kind of tubing should I be using?
Silcone 1/2 from B3
High Temp Vinyl from Northern Brewer
Thermoplastic Tubing from Northern Brewer

I use Silicon. Works great and stays flexible even in freezing temps.

All times are UTC - 8 hours
