Any ideas on how to set this up? I want to use a high pressure (10 psi) regulator, black pipe & needle valves for all three burners. Some expert advice would be appreciated as I don't want to blow myself up.

Use black iron pipe and our plumbing inspectors state only dope. No teflon. I would pressure test with 60 pounds of air for 30 minutes. Use soap and water to find any leaks.

I used Loctite 565 on a fitting this weekend at the recommendation of a local welder that does work for multiple breweries, chemical companies, etc. around here. I was surprised to read on the label that it also can be used for gas lines.
For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not over 300 PSIG) and butane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 976P. Note: This is a regional approval. Please contact your local Technical Service Center for more information and clarification.

What diameter of pipe did you use? I know you want it to be 2" all the way to your station, and the split the size down for pressure reasons.

Did you use the same Diameter for the whole thing? Thank you!
