Yeah, the last version of my brewery required help from the shuttle crew to get the HLT down. :P

A few questions now that I'm done drooling on the computer and have cleaned up.

How did you make those kettles?
What's the costs?
What were you using before?
Can you share how to make a setup like that?
How many hours from start to completion?


The kettles are old pool filter housings, they are getting really hard to get these days though. This system has been through many changes, from 3 tier propane to 3 tier electric/propane and now it's 2 tier electric / NG. I've had the 2 tier for about 6 months but just now got around to moving the electronics into the brewery, all the the wiring took about 2 weeks.
