Upload the pics. you would like to post.
Next to the pics. you'll see several lines of code.
Copy and paste the IMG code in a post.

From Flickr:

Go to the image you want to post and click "All Sizes".
Copy the url in the "Grab the photo's URL:" box.

Click the box above "Img", paste the url, click "Close Tags" above.

(Or type "[img]"%20"[/img]" without quotes athe beginning and end of the url)



That's it.

You can choose smaller sizes for things like avatars.
