Sweet setup though, I am contemplating electric more and more since I would like to move to the basement....

...deal lord I can't believe I'm saying this but. I agree with Bub on everything he said 'cept the Hennings part. I too would love to move to electric and in out of the !@%@$#%!#@ cold. As well as out of the bacteria infested air that is prevalent during the hot humid southern summer days. And that is a SWEET setup as well Jay. Very nice!

Once you brew indoors you will NEVER look back. I forget how uncomfortable it used to be standing outside when it's 20-nuts-below and tending the kettle. When I turn on the tap water in the sink and my hands get numb, I really like the decision I made to move inside... It's not as hard as you might think to go electric.

What type of exhast system do you have there? Is it just a standard stove fan system or is it more powerful?

That is truly an awesome setup. Makes me want to start digging a basement.

I started off with a radon fan that pulls about 100 CFM and when I put the stove vent in I coupled the two together. With both of them on there's no condensate buildup at all. Here's a pic of the radon fan before the basement install went in. It's still there:
