Hey i know the whites have been on a few times, and I've enjoyed listening to them every time. I was wondering can you guys do a yeast show where you talk about creating a yeast bank? I would like to start saving cultures from batches and try growing my own strains. I would like to cross bread them i guess, to try to come up with something crazy. thanks, i appreciate the BN a bunch I listen to you guys every night and piss off my wife by laughing and waking her up.
