Hey Army,

I want to go back and listen to an interview, but I can't remember the show, the name of the brewer, or the name of the brewery. Yes, I was drinking.

I've looked through the archives and nothing is jumping out at me. The interview was with a brewer who was moving from one brewery to a new one. It's going to be a large facility with three floors and the top floor is going to be for spontaneous fermentation. Everything else is hazy although I swear the brewer was somebody that had been previously interviewed on a past show. But maybe I was just drunk and dreamed up the whole thing.

Does that ring a bell? Anybody?

Jeff O'Neil who is moving from Ithaca Brewing to Peekskill Brewery. He was originally on during the 9-12-10 SS. The interview you are looking for is during the same show as Destihl Brew Works, 1-15-12. The interview with Jeff was during Moscow's Press Play segment, and begins at 2:22:55.
