I'd noticed the WHAAAT for sure, but its never annoyed me.
The only time Scotts been annoying is when he went for drunk of the WEAK.
When drunk there were crap jokes, loud lary comments& talking over people.
I think Scotts awesome, great addition to the team, but please please please either a) dont get wasted on the show, b) if you do get wasted on the show, learn to stfu a bit!
