What's wrong with this hop plant

These are cascade hops, I'm thinking they nitrogen deficient.
Does anyone have an idea what is going on.
These are second year hops, the first year they looked great the entire season.

my guess is some kind of fungus.

Nitrogen deficiency will typically show as a yellowing of the older leaves as nitrogen is pulled from them into newer growth... Since they were also able to produce hops, I'd say that it isn't nitrogen deficiency. That being said, I am not that familiar with hop diseases, so it is possible that it is a fungus as the above listener suggested, or it may be a deficiency in another type of mineral...

I agree with Bdawg as it does remind me of a mildew (fungus) on the leaves. The cones look like they may have some on them too right?

Looks like the powdery mildew that took out my pumpkin plants this year.
