My typical IPA recipe - Moore IPA

I pretty much only brew one recipe. Started out as Morebeer's Blind Pig recipe and has been in constant evolution ever since. Thought I would share...

Gallons: 5
Batch sparged in a rectangular cooler

Fermentables: Mashed at 148~150*F for 60 min
14 lbs 2 Row
8 oz C20L
1 lb Corn Sugar

Water Additions: (Tap water)
1 tsp Gypsum

60 min Hops:
1.0 oz Simcoe

Flameout Hops:
1.5 oz Simcoe
1.5 oz Columbus
2.0 oz Cascade

Yeast:
2 packs US-05

Dry Hops:
1.0 oz Cascade
2.0 oz Columbus
1.0 oz Centennial
