I bought 11lb pale malt and had it milled.
I did not get a chance to brew.
Now I am wounding if my malt might be stale/ bad to be with.
The milled pale malt will be two Weeks old by the time I plan to brew.
It was at 70° in a brown bag taped inside a garbage bag.

Honestly, I don't know. On the plus side, it's been wrapped (inside paper that was) inside plastic.

Regardless, this would be an EXCELLENT experiment. You would be able to report back to the Army whether 2 weeks inside of a brown bag inside of a garbage bag is ok. Worst thing is you have an oxidized beer that you might be able to throw some bugs into.

Do you mean to say bugs will clean up oxidized beer?

So I brewed. I forgot to use my 5.2 stabilizer. My Ph test strip did not match the color pattern exactly. I think it was ph of 5. 11lb pale in 5gal ” drinking water”.
Hope there's no problems
