Adding non-standard stuff after the fact usually ends up badly. That said, depending on the sodium content of your water, it can help a little or hurt by making the beer taste strange. A TINY bit of NaCl can help make it feel a bit fuller, but be careful. Do it in the glass, not in the keg. You might not like the results.

Blending is the best bet.

Or just funnel it, enjoy the buzz, and brew it a little better next try.

a little better ? for sure .. i'm sure it's pretty good already
my blond recipie is pretty good .. :jnj and Sorachi Ace Saison looking good too
