Yeah, make sure it's done, but it sounds like it probably is. Wait another day or two and take another gravity reading. If it's unchanged then it's done.

I decided to wait; the bubbling is from fermentation of some sort, as it is consistent when the house is cooling down at night. I'll measure the specific gravity every other day, and bottle it when it stops dropping-
