I have one... quit fly sparging.

Batch Sparging would resolve this? I did a Batch sparge on my last batch but I won't know how it taste until next week. I also have not tested my water, I am on a well so I will try and get a PH of the water before my next brew day...Thanks for the replies

Yeah ... batch sparging does generally resolve oversparging issues, but you can fly sparging has it's benefits (i.e. can hit your gravities exactly even if mash/sparge efficiency fluctuates slightly). To prevent oversparging, you can monitor your ph or you can just monitor the gravity of the run-off and don't let it drop below about 1.012.
