It was time to get back to basics. I love the beer that this recipe makes and figured I would make it again. Also figured out that I was using WAY too much geletin and my hoppy beers were coming out really bland and boring. Looking forward to just crashing this one and drinking a nice hazy beer that tastes great. Burning my vacation days this weekend too! Today was a APA, tomorrow is Jamil's robust porter (which if you haven't tried its fucking awesome.) and Saturday is my first attempt at Janet's Brown Ale. I am down to less than half a keg of homebrew after this years blueberry harvest. When you can't brew for over a month, it can catch up to you. I should be all smiles and hangovers in a month!
