Who is brewing, right now?

Brewing a BCS Saison. No issues this time, but I didn't start drinking until after the mash. Drinking a Bells Pale Ale, I just finished a Pensacola Bay IPA and my Ironman IPA (thanks Ironman). I may need help chilling the wort .

After the rain passes I will be brewing an American Amber with Ironman Cascades
I started heating my water and it started to thunder. Looked at the map and here it comes

BCS Oktoberfest on the new direct fired, fly sparge setup. Came out a little high, oh well! Panty dropper!

Chilling a Munich Helles in the hot Virginia sun. Actually have it in the low-50s in less than half an hour. Thank God for Ice!

I did, however, replace the busted chest freezer under The Mother, in preparation for brewing season.

Next up is some much anticipated brew stand enhancements. When the weather breaks again, it's back in full swing.

I hear ya brother. High today 104. I can't get the room I ferment in under 75 degrees. I am have had to resort to *gasp* buy beer at the ice store.
