Just pitched Trappist starter to a 1.060 wheat/2row wort about 4 hours ago. Already got airlock activity.

Decided to take the day off and brew an American Wheat. Slightly hoppier version of the one from BCS.

Not right now, but brewed for the first time in about 6 months yesterday. Man, that felt good.

Just bottled an american premium lager fermented with WLP810 (SF lager yeast) @68F. Got all the prep done for a belgian blonde to start at dawns early light...

Started my Belgian blonde this morning before work, nice weather in the mid 60's till..
In the middle of the sparge the drizzle started, now in the 40's...outside with no shelter 'cept under the deck.
Got my laptop and finishing the sparge 'n getting ready to boil in the elements.
Funny thing is that for the past 2 days it's been in the 90's.
Blober's sending his wondrous weather to Kansas.
