Tomorrow I will be brewing Bugeaters Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Amber....can't wait for this one to finish.....then Monday, brewing an Oktoberfest.

Sparging an American Pale Ale right now. I have brewed every weekend since Christmas.

Just canning some wort and going to harvest acouple of yeasties to keep on hand. Sippin on barley wine concentrate, feelin nice and warm before this damn snowstorm hits. I wish old man winter would take a damn snooze.

Brewed a Rye PA today on my new top tier. Things went pretty good. First time using my 15 gallon kettle. I'm going to have to adjust my recipe with that much boil off.
