My strike water is heating as I type. Getting ready to dough in my latest weird beer creation. This is basically an English bitter of sorts brewed with beets. Should be the reddest beer I ever brewed. Since this is my first shot at brewing with beets, I don't have high hopes for it, but I should learn enough to do it right the next time.
New Year's Eve, and mashing in a Munich Dunkel. Second lager in a series of repitching WLP833. 1st was Helles, Dunkel, then later a Bock. Happy New Year!!
