My porter is now chilling. Nice getting the brew pretty much done by noon. Now I can get drunk and watch football.

My brew day starts just 3 hours before the session. I might be boiling by the time they start.

Belgian Golden Strong in the fermenter by noon. Ommegang yeast. Nap. My wife's cooking Thanksgiving stuff for her shut-in parents to eat while we do the holiday with my side of the family in Hotlanta this year. The house smells amazing and I don't get to eat any of it. We'll probably order pizza later. Torture!

Just pitched a wy3056 into my hefe. Don't know what happened but I stuffed up my numbers and had to rethink my bittering addition on the fly. Beersmith came to the rescue. But then I forgot the whirlflock.

I got my hops out for the brew day, and discovered that my Northern Brewer hops were 10.3% while the recipe called for 6.2% Thank goodness for brewing software!
