I am moving into your spare bedroom.

Prepping for JZ's Oatmeal stout. I'll brew that in the morning.

Just doughed in a 5 gallon batch of my all munich barleywine. Down to my last gallon of the one I brewed 2 years ago. I am going to ration that one out until this one is ready.

While waiting on the mash, I need to head downstairs and keg my rye cream ale. I need the yeast cake for the BW.

Kegging Belgo-Wiezen (a hefe fermented with Belgian Ale yeast), and Major Blankety-Blank's India Wit Ale. Both inspired by Randy Mosher's Radical Brewing.

Just tossed 60 minute hops into my winter saison. Kegged up my spiceless squash beer last night to clear out the fermentor.

Yeah, just getting to end of boil of "Archers Golden Bitter" from a BYO article, Oct 2009. Second time for this one. It's just Marris Otter and EKG and is a thing of beauty. Gonna reuse this yeast in 2 weeks time on the Fullers 1845 from CYBI, methinks.

Just pitched some WLP001 into a dark hoppy ale, aka Black IPA. SG=1.065, so far 6 oz of hops for a 6 gal batch, 4 more oz for the dry hopping. All centennial.
