Just moved to a new duplex and I almost ran out of beer (down to my last case of cream ale), so...
Thursday, bottled a 6 gallon batch of BCS Nutcastle, now have to wait...grrrr...
Friday, received 4 Coopers ale kits that they had on sale this week, took them apart, assembled one Coopers Traditional Draught with the yeast I harvested from the English Brown Ale (NB Neobritania from Wyeast), then...
Sunday, two batches, first assembled an Austrailian Strong Ale from 2 of the traditional draught ale kits using just the hopped extract and 21g of the Coopers yeast, then the second batch was a BCS Belgian Golden Strong using the Coopers Light extract and 3 oz of whole leaf Saaz hops I have in the freezer.
Just another mellow weekend.
