Mashing out my Tastier APA (Amarillo Brillo). Good thing the brewstand woke up before me (an hour and a half before). 4 hrs of sleep. Ugh.

Now if it only made the coffee and slapped me awake.

Fuck you, Mylo. :x

Just finishing cleaning up after a brew day. Also kegged Tasty APA (aka Dirktastic), checked on Shadow Warrior (a rebrew of Black wine from a couple of years ago, and renamed 'cause it'll sneak up on you and kick your ass). It's at 10.2% and still fermenting! I'll need it to get Mylo's brewstand out of my head. He's probably working on the coffee and slapping, and thinking about a morning blow job attachment with Miley Cyrus' face on it. Or worse, JP's.

Hmm, my Brown Porter turned out a little more like a Robust Porter in colour and starting gravity. Oh well.

Took the day off because my 30th birthday was yesterday. Using the advantage to brew a pliny clone. I using the well-circulated pliny recipe but adding Tasty's northern brewer kicker since I have an extra ounce of northern brewer kicking around. I'm almost halfway through the boil and have a nice little buzz going from the Summit Belgian Style Golden Ale I've been drinking. :bnarmy:
