Mildly tart/sour. But not as sharply acidic as some commercial versions I have had. Should I let it age warm for a while? If so, how long and at what temps? I know you said you had some interesting turnaround letting them sit for 6+ mos or so.

Would have been nice to brew today, but it was already 95 at 0630 and heading for 118. I don't think so.

I really need to move my brewhouse indoors, or move someplace cooler... :cry:

Only thing left to do is spend the day in the pool, drinking Tasty's Amber. I have about 8 gallons left, who else is in... :jnj

Brewed a kolsch. Nothing special, 10.5 lb of grain 2 hops additions, and WLP-029.
