IIRC, you're looking for 2 or less as a solution. I could be remembering that wrong. I've been out of the game for a couple years and just now coming back around.

I think the feds make him say 2.7, but 3 is the generally accepted level. I'd have to listen to the interview again.

I've had the caps break on every bottle of Starsan I've owned. That stuff is pretty harsh when it leaks full strength onto anything.

Last time I bought a bottle from my LHBS I also bought a couple of screw caps that fit and are more beefy. Now I just replace them as soon as I open a new bottle.
