I don't secondary any more. I primary and then into the keg. If I am dry hopping, I put them in a hop sock and throw them in the keg. Do NOT throw them in there loose...ask me how I know!

I don't secondary. Jamil talked about this on one of the shows. I'll try to look up which one after my hangover is gone.

Straight from primary to keg for me too... Secondarying is just another opportunity for infection and oxidation.

I no longer secondary because I got a kettle with a spigot that leaves the trub behind, and I am a lazy SOB.

But if I were to dry hop with pellets without a hop bag, I would add the hops for the proper length of time and rack the beer into secondary for a few days to settle to the bottom. And I definitely would secondary with a fruit beer.

I seldom do a secondary anymore for a couple of reasons. First, it isn't really necessary most of the time. Second, I'm basically lazy. If I go directly from primary to keg I don't have as much shit to clean up as I do when I add a secondary step in there.

I do a secondary when I have a beer that has fruit or is extremely slow to clear that I want to enter in a competition.

Primary--->Keg--->Maybe to a second keg if I dry hop or if it's a lager.

Secondary is for losers. (Unless you're bottle conditioning in which case you may want to dry hop in a secondary.)

All times are UTC - 8 hours
