They use an item very similar to the Coolworks Ice Probe. http://us.st12.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/ ... _214273506

These range in price from around $60 for just the peltier chiller portion to up in excess of $150 with the addition of the optional power supply and temperature controller. Considering the ranges of the available temp controllers, you would be better off using one of the temp controllers we use for kegerators.

Here is a great web site for instructions on how to install one of these in a conical. http://www.cedarcreeknetworks.com/conical_ice_probe.htm

Because of the price, each one comes with a hot chick to blow on it to keep it cool.
