Temp. limit for Wyeast 3787/WLP 530

I have a wit for natural carbonation in bottles and kegs in my basement. But due to the cold weather, the temperature is falling. Will it carbonate the beer if the temp is around 15 degrees C/59 degrees F?

That temperature won't hurt the yeast but it will slow it down. It may take an extra three or four weeks to fully carbonate. The yeast may tend to drop out of the beer due to the cold so you may want to invert the bottles and kegs a couple times every few days to rouse the yeast. With enough patience your beer will carbonate just fine. Of course you can move 8-10 bottles at a time to warmer temperatures upstairs so you can get it carbonated and have something to drink while the rest finishes out in the cold.
