FIAB - Fermentation in a bag?

I just purchased an insulated nylon bag from Cool Brewing that is designed to be used to control your fermentation temperatures. You basically add your fermenter to the bag and with the addition of ice packs or frozen water bottles you can significantly drop the temperature. Or you can also use it to raise the temperature using a heating pad/belt.

I am hopeful that this will let me control my fermentation temps better. Has anyone else tried this product or something similar? How did it go?

Since I am space handicapped, I have been looking at that too, but haven't pulled the trigger. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

The UPS tracking code tells me that I will have the bag next Monday. I'll have to brew something the following weekend just to try it out. Stay tuned for an update. :D

I have looked at that thing too. I am now using a sleeping bag cut in half. So let us know how it works for you.
