hybrid or Ale?

Wed Oct 26, 2011 5:36 am

Im doing a bier de garde with bohemian lager yeast next week. I plan to ferment at 60 degrees. When figuring out my pitching rate should I consider this beer a hybrid since its somewhat cold fermented or should I use an ale pitching rate? Thanks in advance.

I would go with hybrid. On the wyeast site, it says it can be used for "Commons".
