Cool! Loved watching the yeast and trub getting kicked around and redistributed along the bottom of the fermenter.

The trub and yeast remind me of the lights on an audio EQ. Tha t was way cool, man, Thanks for that! :jnj

Neat video man. I'd be a bit leery about fermenting in the light for that long, but made for a cool video.

This batch was free to me so I made it useful and made a video out of it - I normally ferment in a water bath in darkness. The light was artificial light and if anything the camera was doing a good job with the exposure settings of making it look much brighter than it really was. I did block all the UV light off in the room so I should have minimized conversion of alpha acids to a sunstruck flavor so it should still taste OK!
