Yeast washing / repitching question

I racked an ESB to keg about two weeks ago and poured the slurry into a half gallon growler. Today, I got around to rinsing the yeast and left quite a bit of trub behind. I'm planning to repitch this into an English IPA next weekend. My question is, when using Jamil's pitching rate calculator, do I consider the harvest date two weeks ago when we dumped the slurry into the growlers or today, when I rinsed the yeast and presumably left much of the dead and less viable yeast behind? What have you guys typically done?

I would say two weeks ago. But then again, what do I know?

I agree with Elbone. There is not much difference in two weeks.
