What is everyone's choice for beer clarification?
I have been using whirlfloc and though it is a marked improvement from Irish moss, I still notice some haziness. I also cold crash post-fermentation to about 35 degrees for 24 hours prior to kegging, but still notice some yeast residue at the bottom of the keg. I have been considering using gelatin or other finings, but wanted to get everyone's opinion prior.
