Starter Question

Tue Nov 02, 2010 6:51 am

Am planning to brew a tripel this weekend.

I have two smack packs of Belgian Abby II.

Would I be better to A) pitch each pack into separate 1L starters OR pitch both packs into a single 1L starter?

Thanks.
Clarence

Separate them. You won't get much growth from two packs in such a small amount of wort.
What's on tap: Cream Ale, Imperial Blonde
Secondary: British Amber,
Primary: APA
