Ready to Keg my first all-grain batch now but my 5 gallon batch ended up at around 4 gallons. I started my final boil short on liquid. My question is do I top off with some boiled water or just keg with what I have. The beer is a sweet stout and it smell great, just don't want to ruin it or have it taste watered down. Any advice would be appreciated.

Keg it...why would you want to ruin it? you can keg 1 gallon in a 5 gallon corny and it will be fine..

If you hit your gravity numbers (OG and FG) that's whats important. 4 gallons of great beer is infinitely better than 5 gallons of shitty beer.

Keg it...you'll finish it faster so you can brew another batch.
