I made my own Mirror Pond Clone. I was impatient. I racked to keg 1 week after brew day, which is probably too hasty. I did cold crash the beer and there was no visiable sign of fermentation when I did. The beer is now carbonated but I smell slight yet undeniable presence of sulfur aka rotten egg smell. Has this happened to anyone before? Can I take it out of the kegerator for a d-rest? Will it go away overtime? The only difference from my normal brewing process was I used organic malts and kegging after only a week.
