Planning on brewing one of these up pretty soon and was wondering which yeast schedule people had a preference for?

Ale yeast fermented cool? or Lager yeast fermented warmer?

Anyone have any ideas or experience on these?

I used WLP029 and was very happy with it(after a few months of conditioning).

What fermentation temp did you run it at?

I believe it was around 60-62F, but unfortunately I didn't make a note of it in my recipe. I used Farmhouse Ales as a guide, though, so it may say in there. I've loaned out my copy so I can't check.

I do have a WY Oktoberfest lager blend, I was thinking of using. Maybe ferment around 58-60 or so. I know that BDG can be made with lager yeast, but was just wondering if they would provide enough character for this style of beer.
