I am brand new to the brewing club. I am very interested in open fermentation, I would like if you guys would give me simple recipes to start off with.

I don't mean to be a dick... honestly. But just the fact that you think that question can be answered with a forum reply means you have no idea what you are getting into. You can't just "Open Ferment". I suppose you can but what you wind up with will be very random. It could be funky but drinkable or it could literally just rot. The people who do open fermentation have years of microbiology experience and hundreds of hours of experimentation under their belts and they still find it exceedingly difficult.gulfdiver wrote:I have brewed around seven to 10 batches of beer and ale with my father a couple of years ago, I kind of know the basics.
I will be starting from scratch I have no equipment. What is a basic run down of the equipment I need?
Thanks
