Sanke keg fermenter: which shape is better?

Greetings all. So, I bought one of these:
http://www.brewershardware.com/fermenter.htm and am gonna give it a try. The only thing I'm wondering at this point is which style of keg to use? I have one with straight sides and one that is fatter in the middle. I was thinking that the fatty might be a cool option because it's a little closer to the shape of a conical. But, I also get great results from carboys right now and they have straight sides.
Opinions?

Ben-
Petedadink bought one of these assemblies and was showing it off at a recent club meeting. I gave him a couple TECs, and he has milled an aluminum pad to match the curvature, to see if he can do a little temp control. I think this purchased assembly is really interesting, and has a lot of promise.
As for the kegs used, whatever is free. There should be enough solids on the bottom on the keg, that the small amount of cone isn't enough to do anything.
Good luck, and hope to here how things workout.

I bought one of those assemblies and it works great. I push the beer out with light CO2 pressure and with the easily adjusted racking cane, I can leave nearly all the yeasties & break behind.
As for the keg shape, since the height is pretty much the same, I'd think that the difference would be minimal.

Everyone likes a fatty!
Though when it comes to a sanke unless you get the 60-70 degree slope I don't think your going to get the yeast collection like a conical.
I like fermenting in a sanke with the same hardware. I bought 2 of them and unfortunately I measured the outside of my chest freezer so I didn't consider the hump inside.

Does the fatty have handles? If not, use the other one
