About to brew up a Three Floyds Alpha King and if possible, I'd like to match it's yeast profile as close as I can. Does the BN Army with all of it's recon capability have any idea what the origin is of their yeast?
I could always mail it in and use Cal Ale yeast but if we there's a soldier out that has some intel they can share, I'd really appreciate it!
