Sanitizing Nalgene Bottles

I'm looking to collect some yeast for repitching and thought I'd use a nalgene bottle as JZ has recommended a number of times. I seem to recall him saying that he autoclaves his, so I figured I could sterilize it in the pressure cooker. I ran it through a 15psi cycle for 15 minutes & let it cool, but when I popped the lid the bottle had deformed from the heat. Has anyone else run one of these thorough a pressure cooker? I had it on a small wire rack with the lid off so it wasn't directly in the water at the bottom of the cooker. I did have to put it on its side since it was too tall to fit otherwise but I don't see why that would cause a problem.
