I got this recipe off the website for my local HB Shop:
Featured Recipe
Hoegarrden Wit Clone
This month's recipe is a clone of a fantastic wit, Hoegarrden! This beer has a nice spice/phenolic balance that is great in warm and cool weather. A lighter alcohol beer that should yield an easy drinking 4.5% abv. Happy Brewing!
4.5 lbs. Dry Wheat Extract
2 lbs. Clover Honey
0.5 oz. Hallertau Hops
0.5 oz. Bitter Orange Peel
1 oz. Hallertau Hops
1.5 oz. Corriander Seed
Belgian Wit Yeast
It's a little vague. Does anyone have any advise for OG-FG, starter no starter, temp stuff like that? Any help would be great!

Wyeast Labs #3463 would be good. If you get the bigger smack pack you can get away with no starter. As far as OG I'd shoot for the 1.048 - 1.052 range and ferment as close to 52F as possible.

I'm pretty sure he meant 62*F. Those wit yeasts and wheat yeasts like that temp quite a lot.
Cheers!

I was prepping my Blonde Ale on Friday and I thought I had miscalculated my strike water temp because it read 162*F. I was mashing at 152*F, but for some reason 162 and 152 looked like the same number to me. I was baffled when I recalc'd and saw 162 again. Then I realized I was a dumbass.
Even so, I hit my mash temp perfectly.
